Omurice

Beat eggs, add appropriate amount of black pepper, mix well, dice carrots and ham

Pour an appropriate amount of olive oil into the pot, add corn, carrots, and ham and fry

Add rice, stir fry with appropriate amount of salt
4.
Brush an appropriate amount of olive oil on the pan, add the egg mixture and spread out to form a round egg shell
5.
Put the spread egg skin on the plate, add fried rice to the egg skin side
6.
Fold the egg skin on the other side into a semicircle, and squeeze an appropriate amount of tomato paste
Tips:
Don’t fry the egg crust too old and thick, mine is too thick.
