One Person Can Eat Wide Noodles

Flour in a large glass bowl

Add salt

Add a little water and stir into cotton wool with chopsticks

Simply knead the flour into a ball with your hands

Move it to the chopping board and knead it into a smooth dough

Invert the glass bowl, cover the mixed dough, let it rest for 15 minutes

When you wake up, prepare the minced garlic

Wake up the dough, sprinkle a little flour, roll it out with a rolling pin, circle it like this and roll it out~

Sprinkle a little powder on the rolled dough to prevent stickiness, and fold it up

Cut into large pieces, and cut into small strips if you want small noodles

After unfolding, gently pull it with your hand, just one click, don’t pull it off hard~

Lasagna prepared in turn, ready to be put into the pot

Boil water into the pot, cook until the noodles rise and break, remove and drain

Raise the frying pan and sauté the minced garlic

Add white rice vinegar and cooking wine
