Tips:
If you are tired of chopping meat, you can also choose a meat chopper, but the filling will not be so fragrant. Because I don't know how to roll the dough, I bought the ready-made one. The eggs can be added or not, it is recommended to add 1-2, which will be more fragrant. When boiling dumplings, be sure to wait until the water is boiled before putting the dumplings. The water can be removed after boiling twice.
