Onion Rings

1. 120g sliced onion, DC onion rings

2. 1 egg, beaten

3. 0.5g black pepper, 2g salt, mix well

4. 35g cornstarch, put in onion rings and coat cornstarch evenly

5. Put the onion rings into the egg mixture and coat the egg mixture evenly

6. 60g breadcrumbs, put in onion rings, evenly coat breadcrumbs, 200ml edible oil, heat to 70% hot, add onion rings to low heat and fry until golden on both sides
