Onion Rings

Tips:
1. It is not necessary to use real breadcrumbs. I don't have bread crumbs, I break up small biscuits to use as bread crumbs. (What a clever me! ๐).
2. It is said that the onion should be pickled before the ingredients. I don't understand what pickling is. Soak the onions in salt water first, and then take them to the balcony to dry. Don't know if it's right. ๐If you know anything, please teach me in the comments.
3. After the onion rings are fried, I put them on absorbent paper. Conducive to absorbing excess grease. You can also put it in a bowl.
