Onion Sautéed and Dried

Wash all the ingredients, then cut the dried fragrant and onion into thin strips, mince garlic and millet;

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, boil it over high heat, pour in the dried fragrant, simmer for about 2 minutes to remove most of the beany smell, adding one more step will make the dried fragrant softer and more delicious;

Start the pot again, pour some cooking oil into the pot, add minced garlic and chili after the oil is hot, and stir fry for a fragrance;

Pour in the dried fragrant, add a little salt, and stir-fry for a taste;

Immediately afterwards, continue to pour the onions and fry them again until they are broken;

Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, stir-fry evenly to get out of the pan. If you don't like the spiciness of the onions, you can add a little water from the side of the pan and stir-fry over high heat to get out of the pan;
