Open Side Silkworm Chrysalis
1.
Prepare ingredients
2.
Put water in a pot and bring to a boil. Put the washed silkworm chrysalis into a little salt and scallion and ginger slices. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat
3.
Take out the boiled silkworm chrysalis to control the water, use a knife to cut the silkworm chrysalis in half lengthwise, and remove a piece of black dirt inside
4.
Put the cut silkworm chrysalis into a basin, pour dry starch and stir evenly, glue the silkworm chrysalis with dry starch, then shake off the excess dry starch for later use
5.
Pour the oil into the wok and heat until the oil is hot. Just put a silkworm chrysalis to try. The dense small bubbles are the right oil temperature. Just deep-fry the silkworm chrysalis until the skin is crispy. Don’t be too crispy inside.
6.
Leave a little oil in the wok, add the minced green and red peppers, and stir-fry until the color changes
7.
Add the deep-fried silkworm chrysalis, stir-fry evenly, add spicy and fresh, mix well
Tips:
The boiled silkworm chrysalis must be kept clean to avoid splashing oil when frying. Mala is a compound seasoning, spicy and fragrant, with salt inside. If not, you can use salt and pepper instead.
