Ophiopogon and Sydney Lean Meat Soup

Prepare the materials

Blanch the lean meat slices
3.
Wash northern apricot, candied dates, and Ophiopogon japonicus
4.
Sydney peeled, cored and diced
5.
Put the lean meat, ginger slices, Ophiopogon japonicus, candied dates in a pot with about 1500ml of water, boil to remove any foam
