During the Lantern Festival, my dad brought us some dumplings. They were frozen in the refrigerator. This afternoon I made some black rice dumplings for afternoon tea.

Orange and Black Rice Gnocchi

1. Black rice porridge is cooked, rice wine

2. Peel the oranges and cut into pieces.

3. The glutinous rice balls should be defrosted in advance.

4. Put water in the pot, add rice wine and black rice porridge.

5. After boiling, add glutinous rice balls and red dates.

6. After cooking, add the orange pulp and bring the dumplings to a boil.

7. The afternoon tea is ready, soft and sour, sweet and sour.
