This time I made a fruity recipe and added candied orange peel. I was afraid that the little guy would not like the taste. I didn’t expect that he would taste the most delicious in the end~ and praised it as delicious~~

material:
375g high-gluten flour, 45g fine sugar, 6g salt, 15g milk powder, 46g egg liquid, 212g water, 5g yeast, 30g butter, 75g candied orange peel

Orange Bread

1. Pour the high powder, sugar, salt, milk powder, egg liquid and water into the bread bucket in sequence, and the liquid is on the top and the powder is on the top

2. Put the bread bucket into the bread machine and fix it, enter the ordinary kneading program, the time setting is 12 minutes by default, and press "one key production" to start the program

3. After mixing the dough for about 5 minutes, you can see that all the ingredients have basically formed a ball, press the "pause" button

4. Pour the required yeast into the bread bucket, let the dough stand under the pause function, wait for 15 minutes, the program will automatically follow the previous settings for kneading

5. After the kneading process is completed, add softened butter

6. After closing the lid, add candied orange peel to the fruit box; enter the standard bread program, burn the color, 900g according to the default setting, and start one-click production

7. After that, the machine operated automatically. I heard the sound when I was spreading the fruit, and I came over and took a look. These diced orange peels were quickly kneaded into the dough.

8. After two stirrings, the second fermentation phase began; when the dough was fermented to the half-bucket state, I just went out when something happened, and then used my mobile phone to remotely pause the program or something, and then I thought it was almost done and started remotely. Baking, it’s already out of the pot when I get home~

9. After the baking is completed, the program will automatically enter the heat preservation stage~ But if it is convenient, it is better to take it out and let it cool before eating~

Tips:

1. In this production, the static method was used in the kneading stage; it should be noted that the static method needs to add yeast afterwards~ after the static is completed, add the yeast to continue stirring~
2. Suspending the process during the fermentation stage is to make the dough better ferment; but this operation is not necessary, it can be judged according to the situation;
3. The default settings of the built-in programs of different brands of bread machines are different, so you need to be flexible when using them~
