Orange Butter Cookies
1.
Use a food processor to break up the dried orange peel
2.
The butter is softened and beaten with powdered sugar
3.
Add the milk after it is fully whipped, and continue to beat evenly
4.
Add orange peel powder and mix well
5.
Sift in low powder, stir evenly with a spatula
6.
Spread plastic wrap in the U-shaped mold, then put the cookie dough, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze in the refrigerator for about half an hour
7.
After freezing, take it out and cut into even slices
8.
The slices are arranged at a certain distance on a non-stick baking sheet
9.
The oven is 170 degrees for about 20 minutes, and the last few minutes should be checked with eyes, and just a little bit of color
10.
Out of the oven, cooling down
Tips:
1. Don't add too much orange peel, it will be bitter.
2. The freezing time should not be too long, otherwise it will be too hard to cut, and everything will be broken.
3. The temperature and time are controlled by your own oven, and do not leave in the last few minutes.
