Orange Cake

Prepare all ingredients.

The oranges are rubbed with salt and the skin is washed clean, then cut into thin slices and added with sugar. Put it in a pot with water and bring to a boil.

After boiling, turn down the heat and continue to cook for about 10 minutes, until the white part of the orange becomes transparent, then let it cool for later use.

Separate the white and yolk of the egg.

The egg whites are added three times with fine sugar and beat to small corners.

Add the egg yolks, add candied orange juice, corn oil, and mix well.

Add the low-gluten flour that has been sieved twice.

Stir evenly into egg yolk paste.

Take 1/3 of the egg white and add it to the egg yolk paste, use a spatula to cut and mix evenly in irregular directions.

Pour all the mixed batter into the egg white paste, cut and mix evenly in the same way.

After taking out the candied oranges, use kitchen paper to absorb moisture on the surface, and place them in a baking tray lined with greased paper.

Pour the mixed batter into the baking pan and scrape the surface smoothly.
13.
Put it in the middle layer of the preheated 175 degree oven.
14.
Bake for about 18-20 minutes and take it out.
15.
Remove the greased paper, let it cool slightly, and cut into pieces.
Tips:
I use ACA North America Electric ATO-E43A electric oven is 40 liters, the temperature and baking time need to be adjusted according to the temper of my own oven.
