Orange Cake Roll

Put the orange slices into a pot, add 30 grams of sugar, and 180 grams of water to boil the oranges to be transparent. Remove and cool for later use.

Add sugar, corn whiskers, and water for boiling oranges to the egg yolks, and sift into the low flour.

Use a manual whisk to mix well.

This is the mixed egg yolk paste and set aside for later use.

The egg whites are frothed with an electric whisk.

Add the sugar for the first time and continue beating. Add 30 grams of sugar to the egg white three times.

Dismiss the system as shown in the figure.

Take one third of the beaten egg white and put it in the egg yolk paste and mix well, then pour it into the egg white and stir evenly.

Spread a tarp on a baking tray, put orange slices on it, pour in the cake batter, preheat the oven in advance and bake at 150° for 20 minutes.

Let the baked cake pieces cool.

Take off the linoleum upside down.
13.
Whip the whipped cream with sugar.

Spread the whipped cream on the cake and roll it up in the refrigerator for an hour.
