Orange Flavored Sweet Potatoes

Buy back several sweet potatoes with similar shapes and sizes, and make sure that there are 500g after cutting.

Wash and cut the sweet potatoes into shuttles of the same size, with a total weight of 500g.

Wash the shredded sweet potatoes and boil them in clean water until they are ripe and drained for later use.

Pour the sugar into the pot and stir fry.

After the sugar is completely melted and dark brown, add lemon juice.

Then add orange juice.

Add orange zest.

After the sugar juice has boiled for 5 minutes, add the sweet potatoes and add water (submerged in the rainbow potatoes). Bring to a boil. Turn to medium and low heat and cook slowly. Use a spatula to gently flip 4-5 times.

When the syrup is boiled until it is thick and the juice is collected, the pan is ready to be placed on the plate, and the remaining syrup is poured on the sweet potato after the plate is loaded.
