Orange Honey Madeleine

Beat the eggs, add sugar, honey, orange zest, mix well, then sift in low flour and baking powder, and mix well.

Add oil, stir well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least one hour.

Use a piping bag to squeeze the batter into the mold.

Mine is Le Kui’s mini Madeleine mold, which is too small, so it only takes 5 minutes at 170 degrees to bulge up my belly.

Then pour it out to cool, Le Kui's non-stick effect is so good! Also, it's really a mini!
Tips:
My Lekui mini Madeleine mold, if it is a big mold, the time will be extended, and you can get it out when you see a high belly.
