Orange Jam Cake Roll

The main ingredients and ingredients are weighed and ready for use;

Separate egg whites from egg yolks, add a little salt to the whites, add 70G sugar in three times, beat until dry foaming;

Pour another part of the sugar and milk into the egg yolk and beat evenly at low speed (about 10 seconds)

Sift the low flour and cornstarch into the egg yolk and beat evenly at low speed (about 30 seconds)

Take 1/3 of the meringue and add it to the batter. Use a spatula to scrape the periphery of the batter, stir evenly, then pour it back into 2/3 of the meringue, and mix evenly;

Preheat the oven at 150 degrees, pour the batter into the mold and vigorously shake out bubbles

Put it into the oven and heat it up and down at 150 degrees for 18 minutes. After it’s baked, apply it to the heat and reinforce it for another minute (to prevent surface removal)

Take the buckle out of the oven, tear off the greased paper, and smear with orange jam;

Roll the cake to shape;

After letting cool, cut into pieces and eat;
