Orange Red Shrimp

After the red prawns are naturally thawed, minus the prawn guns, prawn whiskers, and prawn legs. After washing, open the back to remove the prawn thread, dry the water and place it on a plate. Spread a little refined salt on the shrimp and marinate for 5 minutes, then squeeze it with orange juice for later use.

Wash the garlic and ginger and chop the minced garlic. At the same time, cut the chopped green onion and set aside.

Pour 20ml of edible oil in a cold pan, heat the oil to 60% hot, pour in the minced ginger and garlic, stir fry, add a little salt and fry until fragrant, shovel out and set aside.

Spread the fragrant minced ginger and garlic evenly on the back of the shrimp.

Add 1000 ml of water to the steamer and bring to a boil.

Cover the shrimp plate with plastic wrap to prevent steaming water from being poured into the shrimp, which will affect the freshness of the shrimp.

After the water boils, put the shrimp plate in the steamer, cover the pot, and steam on high heat for three minutes. When the time is up, turn off the heat and take out the shrimp plate, sprinkle with chopped green onion to enjoy the delicious food.
Tips:
1) Red shrimp should be thawed naturally. 2) The back of the shrimp should be marinated with a little salt and orange juice for a few minutes before it has a clear fragrance. 3) When steaming prawns, the water must be boiled before boiling. The steaming time should not be too long, otherwise the prawns will easily become old.
