Orange Sauce Pork Ribs

Wash the ribs and put cooking wine.

Add salt and marinate for 10 minutes.

Prepare rock candy, navel orange, orange juice, grass fruit, star anise.

Peel and dice the navel orange.

Boil the ribs in boiling water.

Skim the froth, cook for 10 minutes and remove.

Add appropriate amount of water to the net pot, and put in the ribs. (The height of the water will be lower than the ribs)

Put salt.

Put cooking wine.

Put grass fruit and star anise.

Put rock candy.
12.
Put the orange juice in a boil, cover and simmer for about 40 minutes.

Add white vinegar.
14.
The juice will be dried and diced navel orange.
15.
Slightly fried.

Pour the sesame oil out of the pot and serve.
