Oreo Mango Mousse
1.
Prepare the ingredients. Cut the mango into small pieces in advance and use a blender to make a mango puree. About 220 grams are used to make mousse, and the remaining 30 grams are reserved for mirror surface.
2.
First put the Oreos in a fresh-keeping bag, use a rolling pin to crush some, add the melted butter, and mix well.
3.
Then put the Oreo crushed into the mold, flatten and compact, and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
4.
Put the gelatine slices in cold boiled water, soak it out, put it in milk, and melt the gelatine slices with insulated water.
5.
Pour the milk with the melted gelatin slices into the prepared mango puree.
6.
Mix well.
7.
Whip whipped cream. The whipped cream is put into an anhydrous and oil-free container and sent to a flowable state for 8 minutes.
8.
Then pour the whipped cream into the mixed mango paste and stir evenly.
9.
Then pour the mixed whipped cream mango paste into the mold, don't pour too much, leave some space for mirror surface, refrigerate for 2 hours.
10.
Prepare the mirror surface, leave a little mango puree, and soak a piece of gelatine in cold boiled water.
11.
Pour the softened gelatin slices into the mango puree, and slowly stir in insulated water until the gelatin slices melt.
12.
Take out the refrigerated mango mousse, pour the mirror surface material on the surface, smooth it and put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
