Oreo Mango Mousse Cup

Ingredients: 150 grams of mango puree, 30 grams of fine sugar, 5 grams of gelatine flakes, 150 ml of animal fresh cream Ingredients: 30 grams of Oreo thin sandwich biscuits, a little mango pulp

Peel off the mango pulp, put it in a food processor and beat it into a fine puree. Soak the gelatine slices in ice water until soft, remove and squeeze out the water

Tips:
1. Oreo biscuits do not need to be completely crushed into fines, there are a few small particles but it is okay;
2. The amount of sugar can be increased or decreased according to your own taste.
