Oreo Raisin Yogurt

230g yogurt powder, the kind of big bag.

The container for preparing yogurt is sterilized with boiling water inside and outside for 2 minutes. Then add 10-25° drinking water, (don't use boiled water or tap water, use mineral water, pure water, etc.) and fill it up to 6 minutes full.

Then slowly pour the yogurt powder. Then add water to 9 minutes full.

I only opened the yogurt for 14 hours. It feels exactly what I want. Slightly old. I like this. It's like soft tofu. Very entrance. It's really great to eat with fruit. Put in the refrigerator and enjoy slowly.
Tips:
Do not use chopsticks to stir the yogurt powder when making it. In order to prevent bacteria from entering the fermentation failure. Like to eat liquid yogurt can be opened in 8 hours.
