Oreo Souffle Cookies

Weigh all the ingredients, prepare the biscuits and break them by hand.

After the butter is softened, add white sugar and beat until the sugar is fully melted

Add egg whites in portions and beat until the color becomes lighter

Add low powder, add starch, mix slightly with a spatula

Add biscuits and knead into a dough, wrap the dough into strips, wrap it in plastic wrap, and freeze in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator for 2 hours

Take out the frozen dough and cut it into slices. Preheat the oven at 170 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. Put on insulation gloves and take it out to cool.
Tips:
1. It is recommended not to break the biscuits too much, so that the cut lines are better
2. Do not stir vigorously after mixing in the flour to avoid the flour becoming gluten
