Original Cake Roll

Eggs are mixed with sugar, corn oil, and milk.

Stir well and set aside.

Sift the low powder and mix with the egg yolk paste and stir until there is no particles in the batter for later use.

Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites.

Stir at medium speed until neutral foaming as shown in the figure. Don't overdo it.

Add the egg whites to the egg yolk paste twice, mixing from the bottom to the top, and don't make a circular motion.

Finally, mix the egg yolk paste with the egg white paste, and mix evenly from the bottom up. Do not make a circular motion to avoid defoaming.

Put cake paper on the baking tray, pour the cake batter, and shake it gently. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. The size and brand of each oven are different, and the set time and temperature are different.

Whip the whipped cream very well, and apply a layer of whipped cream evenly.

Roll up, refrigerate for half an hour, and cut into small pieces.
