After the butter has softened, add sugar and salt, and beat until the color becomes lighter.

Add egg whites in portions and beat until the volume is fluffy.

Sift in low powder.

Stir until no dry powder is visible.
5.
Install the sakura flower mouth and put the batter into the piping bag.

Squeeze cookies on a baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Tips:
1. It is best to stir the egg whites in advance to prevent it from being poured in accidentally, which may cause oil and water separation.
2. The egg whites must be added in portions, not all at once.
