Original Flavor-steamed Pork Ribs and Sea Cucumber

Soak and wash sea cucumbers in advance.

Chop and wash the ribs.

Put the ribs in a bowl, add green onion, ginger, salt, pepper, and Huadiao wine, mix well and marinate for 2 hours.

Wash and slice pleurotus eryngii.

Spread the ribs evenly on the bottom of the steam pot, and place a layer of oyster mushrooms and Tianma slices.

Repeat the above action.

Add enough water to the casserole and put a steamer on it. Use a towel to close the gaps and make the steaming hot.

Put the sea cucumbers in the steamer.

Turn to low heat and steam for 1 hour and 10 minutes and turn off the heat.
Tips:
Do not put water in the steam boiler, all the soup ultimately comes from the distillation process.
Don't add MSG.
