Original Milk Tea

First wash the black tea with hot water twice quickly and set aside.

Bring 1500ml of water to a boil

After the water boils, add the black tea, three-flower evaporated milk, and milk and cook together for 7 minutes. (If you don't have a sieve in this step, you can wrap the black tea with gauze blocks or brew the black tea with tea bags. I use bulk black tea.)

Then add sugar and cook for another 3 minutes.

Finally, sift the milk tea 2-3 times. It tastes better when it is chilled in the refrigerator.
