Original Muffins
1.
Separate the eggs into an anhydrous and oil-free basin, one for egg whites and one for egg yolks. Add 170 grams of milk, 2 grams of salt, 15 grams of oil to the egg yolk bowl, mix well and then sift in 175 grams of low powder, stir gently
2.
Add a few drops of lemon juice and 30 grams of white sugar to the egg whites and beat them to a big bend
3.
Divide the egg whites 2-3 times into the batter, stir gently
4.
After preheating in a non-stick pan, put a spoonful of batter to pour down quickly. (Don’t pour it little by little, it will form a circle of marks, because the batter is easy to cook... the first pour will naturally be cooked)
5.
Keep the fire to a minimum until the batter becomes as shown in the picture, or there are large bubbles formed before then, and some of the bubbles are broken
6.
Fry for 30 seconds after turning it over
7.
Stack it up for serving, put fruit and yogurt or drizzle with honey
