Original Muffins
1.
First mix the sifted flour, instant yeast and sugar, and then add the melted butter, egg and milk in sequence. The same ingredients must be mixed evenly. Finally add salt and mix well.
2.
Spread a layer of unsalted butter on the bottom of the pot. Today I use the grid sandwich maker (http://home.meishichina.com/space-9018909-do-blog-id-949328.html) to fry and bake muffins. If you use a pan, the method is exactly the same, and the fire is medium.
3.
Pour the muffin liquid about 1 cm thick.
4.
After about 3~5 minutes, after the muffin liquid has small bubbles on the surface, close the lid. If you are frying in a pan, turn it over at this time.
5.
Because the sandwich maker is used, in order to avoid the muffins from becoming too flat and hard, do not close the top cover completely.
6.
Fry for about 3 minutes to complete.
Tips:
The prepared muffin liquid should be allowed to stand for at least 20 minutes, mainly to allow the powder and liquid to be fully combined, and the resulting muffin will taste better. So if you want to have breakfast, but you are afraid that the time is too late, you can adjust the muffin liquid before going to bed at night and put it in the refrigerator; it can be used the next morning.
