Stir it into a smooth and smooth batter.

Beat the egg whites with a whisk until they are soaked and add 15 grams of sugar.

Add 15 grams of caster sugar when it reaches a delicate state.

Add the last remaining 15 grams of caster sugar when the lines appear.

Until the egg whites appear sharp and hard foaming state.

Take one-third of the egg white paste and add it to the egg yolk paste, and mix it up and down.

Then pour the mixed egg yolk paste into the egg white paste and continue to mix evenly (do not draw a circle).

Preheat the mold for a minute or two after greased.

Heat on medium and small heat, bake each side for a minute or two, then turn it over. Turn it over twice for about 4 minutes. (The specific temperature and time should be resolved according to the situation of each family, time cannot be generalized)
Tips:
◎I like to be softer to reduce the baking time. Colors like the ones on my picture will do.
◎It needs to be preheated when baking, so that the non-stick effect is better. Also need to brush a layer of oil before baking.
◎Don't keep it on the gas stove during baking. You can move the mold to the left and right to ensure uniform heating, so that the coloring is even, and there will be no deep and light coloring problems. In the picture of my step figure 16, the color in the middle part is darker than other parts. You can avoid this problem by turning it when you bake it, but it doesn't affect the taste.
