Orlean Roasted Wing
1.
Wash the chicken wings and drain the water. Use a knife to mark 3 knives on the front and back. Add 35 grams of Orleans grilled wing marinade and 35 grams of water, and mix well.
2.
Put it in a fresh-keeping bag and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for more than 12 hours. Generally, I will marinate in advance and marinate for a day to make the bones tasteful.
3.
Preheat the oven up and down to 200 degrees. Put a layer of tin foil on the baking tray (to avoid the pain of washing afterwards), then put it on the grill, arrange the chicken wings, put it in the middle of the oven, and bake for 30 minutes.
4.
After 15 minutes, take it out, brush the front and back with a layer of marinade juice and honey, and put it in to continue baking.
5.
After 25 minutes, brush the marinade and honey again, then put it in and continue baking.
6.
When it is out of the oven, brush a thin layer of honey on the surface to finish.
Tips:
The time consumed when taking out the marinade and honey is not included in the baking time, so please adjust the baking time every time you put it in again. For example, if you set baking for 30 minutes, when the countdown starts to 15 minutes, take out the brush juice for the first time (it took two minutes), and when you put it back in, the oven has 13 minutes left in the countdown. At this time, you should manually add two minutes to return to the 15-minute countdown.
