Orlean Roasted Wing

Wash the chicken wings, control the moisture, and cut two knives on both sides, which is convenient for tasting.

Put the Orleans grilled wing material into a bowl.

Put on gloves and knead the chicken wings well and knead all the ingredients in. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

Take the marinated chicken wings out of the refrigerator, cut the carrot into thick slices, and prepare honey and basil.

Mix honey with a little warm water and set aside.

Put the chicken wings into a baking tray lined with tin foil, and then use a brush to give honey water to each chicken wing.

Put it in the oven at 180°C, bake it for ten minutes, turn it over again, stir in honey water and smashed basil, bake it for another ten minutes, and finally, turn it up to 5°C and continue to bake it for eight minutes.
