Orlean Roasted Wing

Add a little water to make a paste

Add some ginger slices and oyster sauce to the chicken wings

Research for at least two hours, time allows to marinate one night in advance

Preheat the oven at 200°, cover the baking tray with tin foil and place it on the bottom layer to get oil, so that it is easier to clean, the middle layer of chicken wings, bake up and down at 250°, 12 minutes

Bake for the second time, add appropriate amount of honey to the remaining marinated chicken wing stock, mix thoroughly, brush evenly on the front and back of the chicken wings, and bake for 12 minutes at 200° in the oven

Bake at 200°for 5 minutes at the end
Tips:
🌹According to the different baking time of the oven, you can control it by yourself, observe and bake it, do not brush the honey during the first baking, let the grease on the skin bake out and lock the moisture, and the outside is tender and the inside is tender. 😄
