Orleans Barbecue

Peel the pork belly and poke some small holes on it with a toothpick for better taste

Put Orleans barbecue ingredients in a large bowl, rinse with 1:1 water, add ginger slices, cooking wine, light soy sauce and mix thoroughly

Put the pork belly in it and press it several times with chopsticks, put the sauce to soak the pork belly

Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator overnight or so
5.
The marinated meat is placed in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes

Turn over and bake for another 10 minutes and it will be out

Slice the roast

Put some lettuce in the middle
9.
Add a little sugar to the marinated soup and simmer it on top.
