Orleans Chicken Drumsticks
1.
Put high-gluten flour, bamboo charcoal powder, eggs, milk, yeast powder, salt, sugar, anyway except butter, knead it with a bread machine until smooth, then add butter and continue kneading. Perform basic fermentation (twice as big)
2.
The fermented dough is exhausted and divided into 4 portions. I divided an extra small portion for the baby to eat. Put it in the oven for secondary fermentation.
3.
Instant oatmeal + white sesame seeds mix. Spray water on the surface of the fermented dough, and sprinkle oatmeal and sesame on it.
4.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the middle layer for 18 minutes. Cut it in half, the upper part is larger and the lower part is smaller.
