Orleans Chicken Wings

Ingredients: chicken wings, barbecue sauce, garlic, ginger

Mince garlic, slice ginger

Make a few cuts on the back of the chicken wings, as deep as the bone.

Put the processed chicken wings into a container, add ginger slices, minced garlic, and grilled wings

Grab evenly and pickle for at least 2 hours or more

Brush the rice cooker with a thin layer of cooking oil, (a little oil is enough, about half a teaspoon is enough) and stack the chicken skin with the whole side facing down. Try not to overlap it.

Close the lid and start the cooking program.

Halfway through the cooking process, you can open the lid to turn the chicken wings over,

Tips:
It can be turned several times during the production process to ensure uniform coloring.
