Orleans Dried Shrimp
1.
As shown in this recipe, fresh shrimp, ginger, and a spicy version of Orleans barbecue noodles are used.
2.
Remove the shrimp thread to remove impurities, and then add an appropriate amount of fine salt to marinate and wash.
3.
The amount of shrimp can be a little more, add it and mix it, then marinate for about five minutes and then wash and control water for later use.
4.
Add ginger slices, spicy Orleans barbecue powder, light soy sauce and corn oil to the washed shrimp.
5.
Put the delicious shrimp on the baking tray. The 42L steaming oven is really amazing. It can bake 1 catty of shrimp. Baking in this way can last three days for the family.
6.
Choose the grilled shrimp mode that comes with the Westinghouse Steamer, and first grill it for the first time.
7.
After roasting, it looks like the picture, the shrimp is slightly dry, and it tastes very chewy. This is suitable for my children.
8.
Then turn the shrimp over and repeat the grilled shrimp cooking pattern twice. Of course, friends refer to mine for the process, and the roasting time and temperature should be adjusted according to the size of the shrimp.
9.
The picture shows the dried prawns that have been roasted after three roasted prawn cooking procedures. Who really knows the crispness. I really didn't even let the shrimp shells go. Thank you friends for watching. If you like, you can refer to copy. If you like steaming ovens, please ask me privately. At least I am also a person who has touched several steaming ovens. I think I can give you the most down-to-earth answer.
