Orleans Home Edition Seaweed Rolls
1.
I’m not so particular about eating at my own home. The northeast rice is steamed well (choose the rice well, soak it for a while and then steam it again!)
2.
Prepare the ingredients, cut chicken breast into strips, marinate in Orleans marinade (you can also use your favorite ham sausage), cut carrots into strips and blanch them, cut cucumber into strips, add salt to the egg skin and cut into strips, spicy cabbage Change the knife to cut strips!
3.
The chicken breast can be marinated one day in advance, and then put a small amount of fry into it after marinating. The basic ingredients are ready, the rice is stuffy, add sushi vinegar and white sesame seeds, (if you don’t have sushi vinegar, you can use a clean pot to add three spoons of white vinegar, one spoon of sugar, a little salt, and boil. This should be added as appropriate according to the amount of rice)
4.
Prepare disposable gloves, drip a little sesame oil (to prevent the rice from sticking to your hands), spread the grilled seaweed slices, spread a thin layer of rice, add carrots, cucumbers, kimchi radish (if you don’t have them), egg skins, spicy cabbage, chicken (Ham sausage), squeeze some salad dressing, roll it up (I don’t like to use a sushi mat, just roll it directly), then grease the knife and cut it!
