Orleans Roasted Wing Root

Wing root, Korean hot sauce, rock sugar, 1 scoop of light soy sauce, soy sauce, honey, cooking wine, star anise.

Wash the wing roots to control the moisture. (If you want a quick taste, you can poke small eyes on the wing roots)

Put the wing roots into a container to add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, honey, and rock sugar to taste.

Mix well, change the plastic wrap to the refrigerator, marinate for more than 4 hours, turning it every half an hour, until all the sauce is wrapped on the meat.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place the middle layer for 15 minutes; open the tin foil and brush the remaining marinade and bake for another 15 minutes.
