Orleans Toothpick Chicken
1.
Wash the chicken breast, tear off the fat and fascia, and cut into thick slices with an oblique knife.
2.
Then cut into pieces of the right size with an oblique knife, and cut them as evenly as possible to ensure the same maturity.
3.
Put the chicken pieces in a large container, add an appropriate amount of Orleans roast chicken ingredients, add cooking wine, a little water, stir well, and marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.
4.
Put the chicken on the toothpicks and place it evenly on a microwave-safe dish.
5.
Cover with greased paper, put in the microwave oven, and high heat for 2 minutes.
6.
Pour out the excess water that comes out of the roast, cover it with greased paper, put it in the microwave, and heat it on high for 2-4 minutes.
7.
The second roasting time should be adjusted according to the amount and size of the chicken. If you feel that it does not reach the taste you want, you can reheat it. The time should be calculated as half a minute.
Tips:
Roast chicken ingredients can be used according to the seasoning instructions, but you don't need to add so much water. The stirred chicken pieces can be evenly coated with the seasoning.
Cover with greased paper to prevent oil from splashing into the microwave when baking.
