Tips:
1. Both snacks are semi-raised noodles, so they should not be fermented for too long.
2. Melaleuca cake can be made with peanut oil or lard.
3. These two dim sums are hot spots, so they are best eaten while they are hot. Osmanthus fragrans cake has some rice noodles in it, so it is best to eat them while they are hot.
