Osmanthus Egg White Fungus Soup

Ingredients: Tremella (soaked), eggs (in a bowl), rock sugar, sweet-scented osmanthus, cooking wine

Wash the soaked white fungus and set aside.

In the egg, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Put the cleaned white fungus into the pressure cooker.
