Osmanthus Honey

Pick the flowers, choose fresh petals, and be careful not to stems when picking them. Main petals.

Come back and take off the stem. Rinse the petals with tap water. After soaking in salt water for ten minutes, remove and drain the water.

After a night of drying. The two bottles prepared in advance will come in handy after disinfection and drying.

Part of the honey is placed in a bottle, and the honey can be sealed by covering the sweet-scented osmanthus. Fermented at room temperature for 7 days. It can be kept in the refrigerator afterwards. If you want to eat, come up with a little bit of gluttony.

One part is a layer of sugar and a layer of sweet-scented osmanthus until the bottle is filled, and the top layer is covered with sugar. Store at room temperature and ferment for 7 days. It can be refrigerated afterwards.
