Osmanthus Lotus Root Porridge

Prepare the ingredients. The pearl rice I use is relatively small, suitable for porridge, and has a good taste. Brown sugar can also be changed to rock sugar. Wash the lotus root and cut into small pieces.

Put all the ingredients, except the sweet-scented osmanthus syrup, into the rice cooker. Open the appointment function the night before.

Get up and cook the next day, add osmanthus syrup. A bowl of sweet porridge is ready. The taste is better after the cold cut, because the lotus root is put, the porridge is especially hungry and thick.
