Pumpkin contains vitamins and pectin which can protect the gastrointestinal tract, detoxify and promote digestion. It can also lower blood pressure, lower blood sugar, and fight cancer. It is a healthy fruit and vegetable that is very beneficial to the body.

Ingredients

Osmanthus Molasses Pumpkin

1. Remove the crusty outside of the pumpkin and wash it

2. Cut the pumpkin into strips

3. Put in the plate

4. Steam for ten minutes in a steamer until cooked

5. Steamed pumpkin with sweet-scented osmanthus

6. Just pour in some honey and you can eat it

Tips:

1. The pumpkin that is right can be poke with a toothpick, it will be cooked if it can penetrate
2. When putting honey, wait for the temperature of pumpkin to drop slightly. Too high temperature will destroy the nutritional value of honey.
