Osmanthus Pumpkin Bread

Put milk, eggs, sugar, and salt into the inner container of the bread machine.

Add high powder and dry yeast. Put the inner pot into the bread machine and use program 4 sweet bread.

Knead the dough and add butter.

Continue to ferment in the barrel until the volume becomes larger, and the fingers do not retract when pressed.

Divide the dough into thirds and let it stand for 15 minutes after rounding.

Take a piece of dough, roll it out into a rectangular shape, and squeeze a piece of pumpkin filling.

Tips:
1. If the fermentation starts after adding the butter before kneading, stop the program and start again.
2. You can use other stuffing instead.
3. Brush a layer of egg liquid to make the color look good.
