Osmanthus Sauce

Clean the picked osmanthus with some salt

Put it out and let it dry for a while to dry the surface moisture

Granulated sugar or rock sugar is about the same amount as sweet-scented osmanthus, add little by little

After each addition, knead the sugar and sweet-scented osmanthus together by hand

The kneaded sweet-scented osmanthus is a bit dehydrated, the volume is obviously smaller, and the color becomes a bit ugly brown

Add a little salt and stir well

Sterilize the glass bottle with boiling water. After drying, put the sweet-scented osmanthus densely.

Pour a layer of honey on top, seal it and put it aside, wait for a year~
