Osmanthus Sugar Dried Carrots

Carrots peeled and carved into slices for later use

Add osmanthus sugar to water and boil

Boil in the pot for 12-15 minutes, remove and drain

Use kitchen paper to soak up excess water on the removed carrots

Spread out the carrots separately and bake them in the oven at 140°C for one hour.

After the oven is out, if it is not dry enough, you can reheat it in the microwave for a few minutes to remove the moisture!
