Homemade sweet-scented osmanthus and dried carrots are low in sugar and nutritious and healthy. They are ready for Chinese New Year refreshments. Babies like them very much. The homemade sweet-scented osmanthus sugar is so fragrant that it will leave your lips and teeth as a supplement! "

Ingredients

Osmanthus Sugar Dried Carrots

1. Carrots peeled and carved into slices for later use

2. Add osmanthus sugar to water and boil

3. Boil in the pot for 12-15 minutes, remove and drain

4. Use kitchen paper to soak up excess water on the removed carrots

5. Spread out the carrots separately and bake them in the oven at 140°C for one hour.

6. After the oven is out, if it is not dry enough, you can reheat it in the microwave for a few minutes to remove the moisture!
