Ingredients

Osmanthus Sugar Dried Carrots (fruit and Vegetable Dryer Version)

1. Prepare all the ingredients, squeeze out the lemon and slice into slices for later use, peel and slice the carrots (3-5 mm thick).

2. Pour all the ingredients into the pot and boil. Just add a little bit of water at the beginning, and the carrots will fade out after they are cooked! Turn off the heat until the carrots become soft. Pay attention to the juice, so that the carrots will taste more delicious.

3. The fruit and vegetable dryer is tiled! 5-6 hours at 60°C.

4. During the baking process, pay attention to observe whether the drying is even, and adjust appropriately.

5. After drying, pour it all on the tray! Just make low-sugar, delicious and healthy dried carrots.

6. Hurry up and have an afternoon tea with my little sister!
