This weather is particularly good for friends who like to eat snacks. They can't get fat even if they eat too much heat. I love Saqima and I started doing it again today. Add some sesame peanuts to make it more fragrant.

Ingredients

Osmanthus Sugar Saqima

1. First mix the flour and yeast with water or milk and knead to form a dough for 30 minutes

2. After rolling into a cake about 0.5 thick

3. Cut into stubby strips

4. The oil in the pot is 70% hot, then put the noodles one by one into the low heat and fry until they turn golden

5. Remove and drain the oil

6. Prepare the sweet-scented osmanthus maltose

7. Pour white sugar and sweet-scented osmanthus sugar into the pot and boil it over low heat

8. Before adding maltose

9. Boil until foaming

10. Sesame and chopped peanuts fried in advance

11. Pour the fried noodles into the sugar pan and pour the peanuts and sesame seeds

12. Use a spoon to quickly mix well so that all the noodles are covered with sugar

13. Then pour it into the basin and use a spoon to compact and flatten

14. Use a knife to cut into the pieces you want when it’s a little bit cooler

15. The sweet-scented osmanthus Saqima is delicious

Tips:

Frying is done slowly with a small fire, otherwise the big fire will be burnt in a while. If you like nuts, you can add cashews, almonds are more delicious.
