Osmanthus White Fungus Soup

Soaking white fungus

Use a food processor to break the white fungus, and add 100ml of water to the food processor when breaking.

Pour the broken white fungus into the pot, add Chinese wolfberry and red dates. Bring to a boil on high heat and change to low heat for 30 minutes. Just add osmanthus sugar when it comes out of the pot~~~!
